URT HF 204

The Del Morino URT HF 204 is a rotary tiller, made in Italy, the third-largest model in the URT HF line. The rotor is driven by a chain running in an oil bath, with an automatic tensioner that maintains constant chain tension and extends its working life with reduced wear. Working width is 204 cm (81”), while the overall machine width is 220 cm (88”). The rotor is fitted with 44 blades, arranged 4 per flange, with the option to upgrade to 6 blades per flange for more intensive tilling of harder soil. Maximum working depth is 19 cm (8”), the same as the other models in the line. The attachment frame is category 2, and the machine mounts to the tractor via a 3-point hitch, with the PTO shaft turning at 540 rpm. Adjustable depth skids allow precise, repeatable depth adjustment across the whole plot, without frequent manual corrections during operation. Operation requires a tractor of 30 to 70 HP, the same range as all models in the URT HF line. The wider working surface compared to the 168 and 186 models makes the URT HF 204 a suitable choice for larger fields where covering a significant area in fewer passes is desirable, while retaining the ability to use a tractor within the same power range. The option to upgrade to 6 blades per flange provides added flexibility when working harder or denser soil types, while the oil-bath chain drive ensures reliable operation with reduced need for frequent lubrication. Adjustable depth skids ease maintaining an even working depth across the whole plot, even where the terrain isn't perfectly level.
