URT ED 150

The Del Morino URT ED 150 is a side-shift rotary tiller, made in Italy, the fourth-largest model in the URT ED line. The ability to shift the working head sideways allows tilling along plot edges without the tractor's wheels needing to cross worked ground. The rotor is driven by a chain running in an oil bath. Working width is 150 cm (60”), while the overall machine width is 165 cm (66”). The rotor is fitted with 32 blades, arranged 4 per flange, with the option to upgrade to 6 blades per flange. Maximum working depth is 18 cm (7”). Machine weight is approximately 248 kg. The attachment frame covers both category 1 and category 2. Operation requires a tractor of 20 to 50 HP, the same range as all models in the line, though for work with a span this wide, a tractor toward the upper end of that range is recommended to maintain efficient working speed. The greater working width compared to the smaller models in the line makes the URT ED 150 a suitable choice for medium-sized orchards and vineyards where combining a wider span with the ability to shift sideways along plantings and rows is desirable. The oil-bath chain drive ensures reliable, long-lasting operation, while compatibility with both attachment-frame categories (1 and 2) eases tractor choice without needing extra adapters. The optional upgrade to 6 blades per flange further improves chopping quality on more demanding, denser soil types, while the 18 cm maximum working depth remains sufficient for thorough preparation even on this wider working surface.
