SEZER SSPLS-2

The Sezer SSPLS-2 is a semi-fixed milking system for cows, positioned between fully mobile portable machines and permanently installed systems, designed for farms wanting greater capacity and throughput than mobile machines without investing in a complete fixed milking installation. The system is driven by a vacuum pump designated SSVP 200, a dry pump of 200 litres per minute capacity, stronger than the 180 l/min pump used on mobile Sezer machines, matching the simultaneous operation of two milking units. Milk is collected into two stainless buckets, each 30 litres in capacity, allowing two cows to be milked simultaneously and independently of each other. The unit is fitted with two milking units, each 240 ml in capacity, and two pulsators, one per milking unit, ensuring an independent pulsation rhythm tailored to each cow individually. System weight is 67 kg, greater than any of the mobile portable machines in the Sezer range, reflecting the more robust construction and doubled milking equipment needed to operate at two spots simultaneously. The term 'semi-fixed' in the name indicates that, while not fully mobile like hand-carried machines, the system doesn't require a complete fixed piping installation throughout the entire barn either — it's used at a limited but permanent milking spot. The larger vacuum pump capacity, double milking unit and two independent buckets make the SSPLS-2 a considerably more productive solution than mobile machines for medium farms with an organized milking area, where processing speed for a larger herd becomes a priority over full equipment mobility.
