SEZER MINI K1 FOR GOATS AND SHEEP

The Sezer MINI K1 is a mobile, portable milking machine designed specifically for goats and sheep, suited to smaller farms and households raising small livestock. Unlike models designed for cows, this machine has a pulsator specifically tuned for goats and sheep, whose pulsation rhythm and intensity are matched to the udder physiology of these animals, unlike pulsators designed for cows. Milk is collected into a single stainless bucket of 20 litres capacity, the same capacity as the MINI 1 model for cows. Vacuum is provided by a dry vacuum pump of 180 litres per minute capacity, standard across the entire Sezer mobile-machine range. The machine is fitted with one milking unit of 240 cubic centimetres capacity. Unit dimensions are 55 cm long, 80 cm wide and 88 cm tall, with a weight of 41 kg, slightly more than the MINI 1 model for cows (40 kg), most likely due to the additional components of the pulsator adapted for small livestock. Its mobile, portable construction with no need for a fixed installation makes it easier to move the machine between individual animals or smaller groups during milking, particularly useful with goats and sheep, which are often milked in smaller, movable enclosures or out on open pasture. The specialized pulsator is the key difference from machines designed for cows and makes this model unsuitable as a substitute for milking cows, while at the same time being essential for correct, safe milking of goats and sheep without risk of udder damage. A single bucket and a single milking unit are sufficient for small and medium herds of small livestock, where milking is typically done sequentially, one animal at a time, with the option to quickly move the machine to the next animal or a smaller mobile pen. The robust, simple construction with no additional electronics eases field servicing and extends the machine's working life in daily use.
