SEZER MILKKAR SSM1

The Sezer MILKKAR SSM1 is a mobile, portable milking machine for cows, designed for smaller and medium farms that need mobility during milking without a fixed installation. Milk is collected into a single stainless bucket of 30 litres capacity, enough for milking a larger number of animals before the bucket needs emptying. The vacuum needed to run the milking unit is provided by a dry vacuum pump of 180 litres per minute capacity, standard for this class of mobile machine and strong enough for stable operation throughout the milking process. The machine is fitted with one milking unit of 240 ml capacity, designed for milking one cow at a time. Unit dimensions are 102 cm long, 60 cm wide and 105 cm tall, with a weight of 47 kg, moderately light for this class of equipment, making it easier to move the machine between milking spots on the farm or in the field. Compared to the MINI 1 model in the same range, which has a smaller 20-litre bucket, the MILKKAR SSM1 offers greater capacity per milking cycle, better suited to farms with a somewhat larger number of animals per milking spot, while sharing the same vacuum pump and single milking unit. Its mobile, portable construction with no need for a fixed installation makes this machine a flexible solution for smaller farms that milk at multiple locations or don't have a fixed milking system built, with easy transport and storage when not in use. A single bucket and a single milking unit mean the milking cycle runs sequentially, one animal at a time, which is entirely sufficient for farms with a small-to-medium herd, while a considerably larger herd would call for either several such machines running in parallel, or a switch to a system with more milking units per machine. The simple construction, with no electronics or automated functions, also contributes to easier field servicing and a longer working life.
