SEZER MINI 1

The Sezer MINI 1 is a mobile, portable milking machine for cows, the most compact and lightest model in the Sezer range of mobile cow-milking machines, designed for smaller farms and households with fewer animals. Milk is collected into a single stainless bucket of 20 litres capacity. The vacuum needed to run the milking unit is provided by a dry vacuum pump of 180 litres per minute capacity, the same as the MILKKAR SSM1 model in the same range, despite the smaller bucket. The machine is fitted with one milking unit of 240 cubic centimetres capacity, designed for milking one cow at a time. Unit dimensions are 48 cm long, 82 cm wide and 78 cm tall, considerably lower and more compact than the MILKKAR SSM1 model, while its weight is just 40 kg, the lightest in the mobile cow-milking machine range. This low weight and compact footprint make it easier to move the machine between milking spots, as well as to store it in a smaller space when not in use. Compared to the MILKKAR SSM1 model, the MINI 1 has a smaller bucket (20 vs. 30 litres) and lower weight (40 vs. 47 kg), meaning more frequent bucket emptying during a longer milking session, but easier handling and transport. Its mobile, portable construction with no need for a fixed installation makes the MINI 1 a practical entry-level solution for smaller farms and households just introducing mechanized milking or with a limited number of animals to milk. Because of the smaller bucket, the user will need to empty it more often during a longer milking session than with the MILKKAR SSM1, but for a smaller herd this is typically not a practical constraint, while the lower price and weight make entering mechanized milking more accessible. The simple, robust construction with no additional electronics contributes to a long working life and easy field servicing.
