SEZER MILKKAR SSM-2/1 KGoat

The Sezer MILKKAR SSM-2/1 KGoat is a mobile, portable milking machine for goats, mounted on a cart for easier movement around the farm, designed for milking two goats simultaneously in a single cycle. Unlike the single milking unit on the MINI K1 model, this machine is fitted with two milking units, doubling the number of animals that can be milked at once and considerably speeding up the process on farms with a larger head count of small livestock. The machine uses a Sezer pulsator, adapted to goat physiology. Milk is collected into a single stainless bucket of 30 litres capacity, larger than the bucket on the MINI K1 model (20 litres), matching the doubled milk flow from two simultaneous milking units. Vacuum is provided by a dry vacuum pump of 180 litres per minute capacity, the same as other mobile Sezer machines. Unit dimensions are 100 cm long, 55 cm wide and 108 cm tall, with a weight of 56 kg, the highest among the mobile portable machines in the Sezer range, expected given the cart and the extra milking unit. The cart the machine is mounted on makes it easier to move despite the greater weight, eliminating the need to carry the unit by hand between individual animals or groups during milking. Thanks to the double milking unit and larger bucket capacity, the MILKKAR SSM-2/1 KGoat is a more productive solution for farms with a significant number of goats compared to the single-unit MINI K1 model, at the cost of somewhat greater weight and equipment price. Milking two goats simultaneously roughly halves the total time needed to milk the whole herd compared to a single-unit machine, which on farms with dozens of animals represents a meaningful time saving during each milking cycle, morning and evening. The cart further eases day-to-day repositioning of the machine between individual milking spots without physical strain on the operator.
