GINGER 125

The Del Morino Ginger 125 is a compact mulcher, made in Italy, the largest model in the Ginger line. The gearbox is made of aluminium, contributing to the machine's low overall weight despite the greatest working width in the line. Power is transmitted via a two-belt transmission with an automatic tensioner. Working width is 125 cm (50”), while the overall machine width is 135 cm (54”) — the largest dimensions across the whole Ginger range. The rotor is fitted with 40 Y-blades or 20 flails, the most in the line, able to chop branches up to 2.5 cm in diameter. The gearbox runs at 540 rpm. The attachment frame is category 1, and the machine mounts to the tractor via a 3-point hitch. The rear roller is height-adjustable across three positions, allowing precise control of mowing height. Machine weight is 150 kg, the highest in the line, but still considerably lighter than any model from the Flipper range, thanks to the gearbox's aluminium construction. Required tractor power remains in the same 12 to 30 HP range as all models in the line, confirming that the entire Ginger series targets the segment of the lightest, most compact tractors, regardless of the working width chosen. As the largest model in this compact line, the Ginger 125 offers the greatest working output per pass while retaining accessibility for small tractors. The three-position rear roller allows precise control of mowing height, and the category 1 attachment frame ensures compatibility with a wide range of smaller tractors without needing extra adapters. The simpler two-belt transmission, instead of the three-belt design on the Flipper lines, further eases day-to-day maintenance and reduces the number of parts subject to wear.
