The Yurdusar YRDDK225JR is a larger model in the ECO JR power harrow series, with a working width of 225 cm, intended for farms working larger areas and wanting greater output per pass. Like the other models in the series, it is driven by the tractor's PTO shaft, and uses fixed-type vertical tines that work the soil vertically to a depth of 20 cm, without inverting it, preserving soil moisture. A toothed rear roller prepares an even seedbed, creating favorable conditions for seed germination and better crop yield. Overall machine dimensions are 235 x 112 x 130 cm, in line with the expanded working width. The rotor is fitted with 18 blades, more than the mid-range YRDDK200JR model (16), to cover the 225 cm working width while maintaining working quality across the full width. Machine weight is 810 kg, more than the mid-range model (780 kg), and operation requires a tractor of 75 to 80 HP, a higher range than the mid-range model (65-75 HP), in line with the increased mass and working width. The YRDDK225JR is a suitable choice for medium and larger farms with more powerful tractors needing a wide working width for efficient seedbed preparation across larger areas in a shorter time, while retaining the benefits of the whole ECO JR series - simplicity of use and economical construction. Fixed vertical tines without soil inversion remain a key feature even on this larger model, preserving soil moisture even when working a wider strip of soil in a single pass, particularly useful in drier periods when moisture retention is critical for successful seed germination.
