YRDJR-ECO180S

The Yurdusar YRDJR-ECO180S is a tractor rotary tiller from the economical ECO Junior series, with a working width of 180 cm, intended for farms with more powerful tractors tilling large fields. Like the other models in the series, it has blades mounted on a shaft that rotates perpendicular to the direction of travel and parallel to the ground surface, driven via the tractor's PTO shaft. It is used for tilling fields, shredding and mixing organic matter into the soil without destroying beneficial microorganisms, while the rear hood simultaneously levels the surface. Overall machine width is 198 cm, greater than the YRDJR-ECO160S model (177 cm), in line with the expanded working width. Overall length and height remain standard across the series - 70 cm and 90 cm respectively - and working depth is 12 cm. The rotor is fitted with 54 Type-C blades, mounted across 9 flanges, more than the YRDJR-ECO160S model (48 blades, 8 flanges), to cover the 180 cm working width while maintaining working quality across the full width. The YRDJR-ECO180S is intended for farms needing a wide working width for efficient tilling of large fields, sitting near the top of the documented ECO Junior series by size and tractor power requirements, while retaining the economical, simple construction characteristic of the whole series, easing handling and routine maintenance. The working principle remains the same as the smallest model in the series - blades on a horizontal shaft rotating perpendicular to the direction of travel, with a rear hood for leveling - proving that a simple, proven construction applies equally to larger, more demanding models.
