YRDJR-ECO160S

The Yurdusar YRDJR-ECO160S is a tractor rotary tiller from the economical ECO Junior series, a larger model with a working width of 160 cm, intended for farms tilling bigger fields and wanting greater output per pass. Like the other models in the series, it has blades mounted on a shaft that rotates perpendicular to the direction of travel and parallel to the ground surface, driven via the tractor's PTO shaft. It is used for tilling fields, shredding and mixing organic matter into the soil without destroying beneficial microorganisms, while the rear hood simultaneously levels the surface for ideal field preparation. Overall machine width is 177 cm, greater than the mid-range YRDJR-ECO140S model (157 cm), in line with the expanded working width. Overall length and height remain standard across the series - 70 cm and 90 cm respectively - and working depth is 12 cm. The rotor is fitted with 48 Type-C blades, mounted across 8 flanges, more than the YRDJR-ECO140S model (42 blades, 7 flanges), to cover the 160 cm working width while maintaining working quality across the full width. The YRDJR-ECO160S is a suitable choice for medium and larger farms with more powerful tractors needing a wider working width for more efficient field tilling in a shorter time, while retaining the benefits of the whole ECO Junior series - simplicity of use and economical, accessible construction compared with more professional rotary tillers. Type-C blades are a standard, easily available spare part across the whole ECO Junior series, easing replacement of worn blades and extending machine life without costly, specialized servicing.
