VPHE-DG4

The VPHE-DG4 is the largest and most fully equipped model in the documented part of Ozdoken's VPHE series - a four-row pneumatic precision disc-type seed drill with a full simultaneous-fertilizing system. Row spacing is adjustable within 70-75 cm or 90 cm, and transport width is 300 cm, the same as the VPHE-D4 model without fertilizing. Double-disc row units per row ensure precise seed placement at an even depth, while fertilizer coulters simultaneously apply fertilizer to the root zone across all four rows, enabling a complete agrotechnical operation in a single pass. Unlike the two-row DG2 variant, which offers only a polyethylene (180 l) and metal/inox (200 l x2) hopper, the VPHE-DG4 comes with an expanded set of tanks: a polyethylene hopper of 180 liters in a double installation (2x180 l), a metal or stainless-steel hopper of 200 liters (2x200 l), plus an additional jumbo plastic hopper of 750 liters and a jumbo metal hopper of 1000 liters, for operation on large areas with a minimal number of stops for refilling. The PTO shaft transmits drive from the tractor, and the fan system with reducer maintains stable air pressure for pneumatic seed metering through a double singulator on each unit, guaranteeing precise plant spacing within the row. The seeding monitor allows oversight of all rows and hoppers during operation. The machine's minimum weight is 970 kg, the highest in the series, a consequence of the expanded fertilizer tank capacity compared to 780 kg for the VPHE-D4 without fertilizing. Tires sized 5.00x15 remain standard across the whole VPHE line. The machine comes with 2 sets of seed plates for adapting to seed size. The VPHE-DG4 is intended for larger farming operations that require a wide working width along with a flexible choice of fertilizer tank capacity and type.
