VPHE-D4

The VPHE-D4 is a universal pneumatic precision disc-type seed drill from Ozdoken's VPHE series, a four-row variant intended for larger areas compared to the two-row VPHE-D2 model. Row spacing is adjustable within a range of 70-75 cm or 90 cm, allowing adaptation to the agrotechnical requirements of different crops, including corn with wider rows. A transport width of 300 cm requires careful transport on public roads in accordance with prescribed limits. The sowing unit relies on double-disc row units per row, ensuring precise placement of every seed at an even depth with minimal disturbance to soil structure. The PTO shaft transmits drive from the tractor to the fan system, which together with the reducer maintains the stable air pressure necessary for reliable pneumatic seed metering across all rows simultaneously. A double singulator on each sowing unit ensures seeds are individually separated before placement, guaranteeing even plant spacing within the row across the full width of the machine. The seeding monitor allows tracking of correct operation across all rows. Like the base two-row model, the VPHE-D4 does not include a fertilizer hopper - that function is covered by the VPHE-DG4 variant from the same series. The machine's minimum weight is 780 kg, nearly double the two-row VPHE-D2 model (435 kg), corresponding to the doubled number of sowing units and reinforced frame construction. Tires sized 5.00x15, the same as on the two-row variants, provide adequate load capacity and stability during operation. The machine comes with 2 sets of seed plates for adapting to seed size, making the VPHE-D4 an efficient solution for producers who need greater working width without integrated fertilizing.
