VPHE-DG2

The VPHE-DG2 is a pneumatic precision disc-type seed drill from Ozdoken's VPHE series, a two-row variant that, unlike the base VPHE-D2 model, comes with an integrated system for simultaneous mineral fertilizer application during sowing. Row spacing is adjustable between 70 and 75 cm, and a transport width of just 100 cm eases transport and maneuvering in the field. The sowing unit is based on double-disc row units, which ensure precise seed placement at an even depth, while a fertilizer coulter simultaneously applies fertilizer to the root zone, increasing the efficiency of a single pass. Fertilizer hopper capacity includes an 180-liter polyethylene tank and an additional 200-liter metal or stainless-steel tank with a double installation (2x200 l), allowing flexible material choice depending on the fertilizer type used. The PTO shaft transmits drive from the tractor, while the seeding monitor and double singulator ensure precise, individual separation of each seed before placement, guaranteeing even plant spacing within the row. The fan system with reducer maintains stable air pressure for the pneumatic metering system. Due to the added fertilizer hopper, the machine's minimum weight is 550 kg, more than the 435 kg of the base VPHE-D2 without fertilizing, while tires sized 5.00x15 remain the same as on the two-row D2 variant, ensuring adequate load capacity despite the greater mass. The VPHE-DG2 is intended for producers who want to combine sowing and fertilizing in a single pass on small and medium-sized plots, saving time and fuel compared to separate operations. The machine comes with 2 sets of seed plates for adapting to different seed sizes, making it a versatile solution for sowing corn and related crops with simultaneous fertilizing.
