Vertical feed mixer 5 m³

The Celmak vertical mixer trailer with a 5 m³ capacity is the largest model in the range of vertical mixers for preparing and blending livestock feed, designed for larger livestock farms with a significant head count. The machine uses a vertical auger that blends the various ration components into a homogeneous mix, while simultaneously chopping larger pieces via built-in blades. Overall machine dimensions are 4,700 mm long, 1,930 mm wide and 2,500 mm tall, while the mixing tub measures 2,700 × 1,700 × 1,700 mm, the largest in the range. The auger turns at 34.40 rpm, slower than the smaller models (52.25 rpm), a common characteristic of larger mixers where slower rotation combined with a bigger auger diameter still ensures thorough mixing without excessively loading the drive system. Chopping is handled by as many as 7 spiral blades combined with 2 fixed blades, the most in the range, needed for processing the largest content volume. Empty machine weight is 2,520 kg, nearly four times that of the smallest 2 m³ model. Operation requires a tractor of 60 to 75 HP, considerably higher than the other models in the range, in line with the greatest weight and volume that needs to be moved and driven. This model is intended exclusively for larger farms with organized livestock feeding and tractors of matching power, where the large daily quantity of prepared feed justifies the greater investment and the requirement for a more powerful tow vehicle compared to the smaller models in the same range.
