Manure spreader Celmak 4m3

The Celmak manure spreader with a 4 m³ capacity is a vertical spreader designed for evenly spreading farmyard manure across agricultural land. Its construction is a vertical type with two rollers, hydraulically driven, which shred and evenly distribute the manure as it's discharged from the spreader box. Box capacity is 4 m³, sufficient for solid working autonomy per fill, with a throwing distance of up to 15 metres from the machine. Working capacity is 36 m³ per hour, allowing a larger area to be covered quickly. Manure is fed within the box to the spreading rollers via 2 chains, driven through the PTO shaft turning at 540 rpm. Operation requires a tractor of 50 to 60 HP, in line with the demands of the hydraulic drive and manure-transport mechanism. Spreader weight is 1,970 kg, reflecting the robust construction needed for working with heavy, abrasive material such as farmyard manure. The machine is factory-painted red. Thanks to the combination of solid capacity, high working capacity and hydraulically driven rollers, this spreader is intended for medium and larger livestock farms that need regular, efficient manure spreading, paired with a tractor of matching power able to carry and drive the fully loaded machine. The vertical roller arrangement, unlike older horizontal-type spreaders, ensures more even manure granulation and throwing distance, contributing to a more uniform distribution of nutrients across the area and reducing the need for manual follow-up work after the machine has passed.
