The Yurdusar SPHGA270H is the largest and most demanding model in the documented hydraulic SPHGA mulcher series, with a working width of 270 cm, intended for farms with the most powerful tractors and largest cultivated areas. Like the other models in the series, it is used to shred plant residue - cereal, corn and cotton stalks and pruned branches in orchards - returning organic matter to the soil and reducing the need for mineral fertilizing. Drive is transmitted via the tractor's PTO shaft, with a standard three-point hitch. Overall machine width is 1350 mm, the same across the whole series, while overall height is 1300 mm. The rotor is fitted with 26 hammers, the most in the whole series, distributed across the widest rotor to cover the 270 cm working width while preserving shredding quality. Skids and a rear roller provide protection from damage and stable operation even on uneven terrain, and the hydraulic system allows sideways shifting and fine adjustment of the working position directly from the tractor cab. Machine weight is 960 kg, the highest in the series, reflecting the largest rotor, widest working width and the most robust frame construction needed to withstand the load of shredding the greatest volume of plant material per pass. Operation requires a tractor of 75 to 85 HP, the highest in the series, in line with the greatest mass and working width. The SPHGA270H is intended for large farms and professional service contractors needing maximum working width and the highest hourly productivity within the documented SPHGA series.
