SPHGA250H

The Yurdusar SPHGA250H is a larger model in the hydraulic SPHGA mulcher series, with a working width of 250 cm, intended for farms working larger areas and wanting greater output per pass. Like the other models in the series, it is used to shred plant residue - cereal, corn and cotton stalks and pruned branches in orchards - returning organic matter to the soil and reducing the need for mineral fertilizer. Drive is transmitted via the tractor's PTO shaft, with a standard three-point hitch. Overall machine width is 1350 mm, the same across every model in the series, while overall height is 1300 mm. The rotor is fitted with 24 hammers, more than the mid-range SPHGA210H model (20), to cover the wider 250 cm width while maintaining shredding quality across the full width. Skids and a rear roller provide protection and stable operation on uneven terrain, and the hydraulic system allows sideways shifting and adjustment of the working position directly from the tractor cab. Machine weight is 860 kg, considerably more than the mid-range model (700 kg), reflecting the larger rotor, wider working width and reinforced frame construction. Operation requires a tractor of 60 to 70 HP, a higher range than the smaller models, in line with the increased mass and working width. The SPHGA250H is a suitable choice for medium and larger farms with more powerful tractors needing a wide working width for efficient orchard or field maintenance in a shorter time. Hydraulic side-shifting remains available even on this larger model, allowing the operator to adjust the working position to terrain irregularities or tree proximity directly from the cab, without stopping to adjust manually during work.
