SPHGA210H

The Yurdusar SPHGA210H is the mid-range model in the hydraulic SPHGA mulcher series, with a working width of 210 cm, wider than the SPHGA160H and SPHGA180H models (160 and 180 cm), intended for shredding plant residue on wider inter-row spaces or larger plots. Like the other models in the series, it is used to shred cereal, corn and cotton stalks and pruned branches, returning organic matter to the soil and reducing the need for mineral fertilizing. Drive is transmitted via the tractor's PTO shaft, with a standard three-point hitch. Overall machine width is 1350 mm, the same as the smaller models, while overall height is 1300 mm. The rotor is fitted with 20 hammers, more than the smaller models (16), to cover the wider working width while maintaining shredding quality. Skids and a rear roller provide protection from damage and stable operation on uneven terrain, while the hydraulic shifting system allows the working position to be adjusted sideways directly from the tractor cab. Machine weight is 700 kg, considerably more than the smaller models (610-625 kg), reflecting the larger rotor and wider working width. Operation requires a tractor of 50 to 55 HP, a higher range than the smaller models, in line with the increased working width and mass. The SPHGA210H represents a mid-range solution in the series, suited to farms with moderately powerful tractors needing a wider width than the base models, without moving up to the largest, most demanding versions of the series. As with the whole SPHGA line, this model is built to withstand frequent impacts with woody debris and stones during orchard shredding, with side-shifting capability that eases work along orchard rows without needing to frequently maneuver the whole tractor.
