SPHGA160H

The Yurdusar SPHGA160H is a tractor mulcher with a hydraulic system for shifting and adjusting the working position, intended for shredding plant residue on the soil surface - wheat, sunflower, corn and cotton stalks, as well as pruned tree branches in orchards. By shredding this residue and returning it to the soil as organic matter, the need for additional mineral fertilizer is reduced, making the machine both more economical and more environmentally favorable. The mulcher is driven via the tractor's PTO shaft, and attaches via a standard three-point hitch. Working width is 160 cm, while overall machine width is 1350 mm and overall height is 1300 mm. The rotor is fitted with 16 hammers, which shred plant material through rotation. Skids and a roller positioned behind the rotor protect the machine from damage during operation and maintain stable, even operation even when the ground is not fully level - the mulcher can operate without direct contact with uneven surfaces, adapting to terrain irregularities. Thanks to the hydraulic shifting system, the working position can be shifted sideways and adjusted directly from the tractor cab, without needing to dismount and adjust manually, particularly useful when working between rows of fruit trees or vines, where trees and structures need to be avoided. Machine weight is 610 kg, and operation requires a tractor of 35 to 45 HP, making this model - the smallest in the SPHGA series - accessible to smaller and medium tractors. The SPHGA160H is the most compact model in the documented series of hydraulic mulchers, suited to smaller orchards and narrower inter-row spaces where larger models could not maneuver freely.
