SIPMA OS 7510 KLARA

The Sipma OS 7510 Klara is a self-loading bale-wrapping machine, mounted on the tractor via a 3-point hitch and fitted with support wheels for stability during operation. It's equipped with a lifting arm that collects wrapped bales from the rear of the machine and allows wrapping the next bale while the tractor moves forward toward it or toward the storage location, considerably speeding up the process without needing to stop for manual loading. It handles bales 1,200 to 1,300 mm in diameter and up to 1,300 mm wide, with a maximum bale weight of 1,000 kg. Wrapping film width is 500 or 750 mm as needed, and one bale is wrapped in 120 seconds with a minimum of two wrapping passes. Operation requires a tractor of just 20 kW (30 HP), making this wrapper accessible even to smaller tractors. Standard equipment includes a film catcher, film cutter, mechanical table lock, signalling, and tyres, while a hydraulic table lock and a drawbar of 40 or 50 mm diameter are available as optional equipment depending on tractor configuration. Machine dimensions are 2,170×1,940×2,150 mm, and weight is 780 kg — compact and relatively light for this class of machine. The self-loading function makes the Klara particularly suited to farms wanting to reduce labour during the baling season, since it allows a single operator to work continuously without needing extra help loading bales. Support wheels ensure machine stability while handling a heavy bale, while the standard mechanical table lock keeps the bale securely fixed during wrapping even on slightly uneven terrain, preventing movement that could compromise the quality of the film wrap.
