The Krpan 7.5E winch is defined by robust, proven construction, carefully selected materials and high operational safety, with every unit undergoing 100% effective final inspection before delivery. Pulling force is 75 kN, or 7.5 tonnes, the highest in the Krpan winch range, built for the most demanding tasks of hauling large timber in tough terrain. Braking force is 94 kN, ensuring reliable control of heavy loads when descending a slope. The winch ships with an 80 m steel cable, 12 mm in diameter, longer and thicker than the cables on the smaller models, in line with the line's highest pulling force. Operation requires a tractor of at least 44 kW, or 70 HP, placing this model in the category for mid-size and larger tractors. Winch dimensions are considerably larger than the other models: width 1,620 mm, depth 660 mm, height with protective mesh 2,300 mm, and without protective mesh 1,770 mm. Weight without steel cable is 584 kg, the highest in the range, reflecting the robust construction needed for the highest pulling force. The winch mounts to the tractor in hitch categories Cat 1 and Cat 2. Thanks to its top-tier pulling force and reinforced construction, the Krpan 7.5E is aimed at professional users, forestry companies and owners of larger forest holdings who need maximum power and reliability for daily, intensive hauling of large timber. Compared to the 4SI and 5 SI models in the same range, the 7.5E nearly doubles the pulling force of the stronger of the two, with proportionally larger dimensions, weight and tractor power requirements, so it's recommended exclusively with mid-size to large tractors able to meet the minimum 44 kW requirement.
