MARTZ TRAILER MAXI 264/2

The Martz Trailer Maxi 264/2 is a robust cargo trailer intended for professional use, fitted with a tilting drawbar that makes unloading easier, for example with bulk cargo. High 400 mm sides are made of galvanized steel sheet, with both the front and rear panels able to open, allowing easier access to the load area from both sides when loading larger items. The lower frame is made of bent galvanized steel sheet profiles, bolted together, providing structural strength along with easy servicing. The floor is made of waterproof, non-slip plywood, resistant to weather conditions and wear. A particularly practical feature of this trailer is that, when empty, it can be stored resting on its rear panel, significantly saving space in a garage or storage area when the trailer isn't in use. It's intended for moving, furniture transport, and household and garden use, but its more robust construction and tandem-axle layout make it better suited to more demanding professional tasks than the single-axle models in the same line. The maximum permissible mass of the trailer is 750 kg, while total payload is split across two axles at 500 kg each, with an empty weight of 228 kg. The internal dimensions of the load area are 2,640 mm in length and 1,260 mm in width, while the external dimensions are 3,790 mm in length and 1,690 mm in width. The overall height of the trailer is 920 mm, taller than the single-axle Basic model, precisely because of the higher 400 mm sides intended for bulkier and larger loads. The tandem-axle configuration provides greater stability while driving with a full load and a more even distribution of weight compared to single-axle trailers, which is especially important when transporting heavier or unevenly distributed cargo. The combination of galvanized steel components and bolted construction ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance.
