The Turan two-furrow plow, 10 inch, VK design, is a standard two-furrow plow from Turan's range intended for moderately demanding plowing on smaller and medium agricultural areas. The plow has 2 bottoms, with a clearance of 70 cm, providing sufficient frame-to-ground gap for unobstructed passage through crop residue without clogging. Spacing between bottoms is 75 cm, working width 50 cm, and working depth up to 25 cm, suited to standard medium-depth plowing. Machine weight is 221 kg, and operation requires a tractor of 25 to 50 HP, making this model accessible to a wide range of small to medium-power tractors. Unlike the low-clearance (NK) design, the VK model has a higher clearance suited to work on plots with more crop residue or rougher terrain. A range of spare and accessory parts is available for the plow: an extension mouldboard plate, a trash board, a replaceable share, a share point, a hydraulic tail (transport) wheel and a depth-adjustment wheel, as well as a cutter disc (coulter), which pre-cuts the soil ahead of the bottom for a cleaner furrow turn.
