Atomizer Bufer 200 LIT

The Ontar Bufer 200-litre atomizer is a mounted atomizer designed for spraying orchards and vineyards, suited to small plantations where a smaller tank volume isn't a limitation but an advantage, through lower weight and easier maneuvering between rows. The tank is made of polyethylene and consists of two parts — the main tank for spray liquid and a separate hand-washing tank fitted with a tap, providing basic operator hygiene right in the field without extra equipment. Liquid dispersal is handled by a 60 cm (24-inch) fan, which generates an airflow strong enough to distribute liquid evenly through the canopy of fruit trees or vines. Liquid is fed via a 3-diaphragm pump, a reliable, long-lasting solution standard for this class of atomizer, while the C-50 manual regulator lets the operator easily adjust pressure and flow during operation. The hydro mixer keeps the liquid in the tank continuously mixed, preventing active ingredients from settling and ensuring an even concentration of plant-protection product throughout spraying. Dispersal is via 8 spray nozzles with plastic tips, resistant to the chemical agents used in plant protection. The automatic filling system, together with the included fill hose, speeds up preparing the machine before each spraying session and reduces the risk of spilling liquid during manual filling. Being the smallest volume in the Bufer atomizer line (200 vs. 300 and 400 litres), this model needs more frequent tank refills per hectare covered than the larger models, but is correspondingly lighter, more compact and easier to handle on smaller, irregular or steeper plots where maneuvering room is a bigger constraint than refill frequency. This makes it a practical choice for smaller fruit and vine growers who don't need high autonomy per tank fill.
