The Ontar Bufer 300-litre sprayer is a mounted field-crop sprayer designed for protecting arable crops on medium agricultural plots. The tank is made of polyethylene and fitted with a hand-washing device, providing basic operator hygiene right in the field. Liquid is fed via a 3-diaphragm pump, while the C-50 manual regulator allows easy adjustment of pressure and flow during operation. The hydro mixer keeps the liquid in the tank continuously mixed, preventing active ingredients from settling during spraying. The nozzles are plastic, mounted on a plastic holder tube running the length of the boom, resistant to the chemical agents used in plant protection. Working coverage is provided by a 10-metre boom, while for transport (with the boom folded) the machine narrows to a transport width of 230 cm, making it easier to travel narrow country roads and pass through farm gates. The automatic filling system, together with the included fill hose, speeds up preparing the machine before each spraying session and reduces the risk of spilling liquid. Compared to the larger 400-litre model in the same line, the 300-litre sprayer offers less working autonomy per tank fill, but its lower full and empty weight makes it easier for a lower-power tractor and a rear 3-point lift system with less capacity to carry, while both models share the identical 10-metre boom working width. This makes it a practical choice for farmers with more modestly powered tractors, or plots where a larger tank wouldn't deliver a proportional benefit relative to the added weight.
