PG2004

The Zoomlion PG2004 is part of a series of high-power intelligent tractors, fully equipped with a 6-cylinder engine with a displacement of 6.87 L and a high-pressure common rail system, producing 147 kW (200 HP) and a maximum torque of 1,000 Nm. A ZF chassis, Rauka suspension system, Rexroth hydraulic valve and other original imported components ensure a high level of reliability and long service life. The tractor is compatible with a wide range of implements - balers, deep-plowing tools, subsoilers and seeders - and is especially suited to dry farming regions. The transmission is a 48F+24R powershift gearbox with closely spaced gear steps and a hydraulic torsional clutch damper, with a working speed range of 0.4 to 40 km/h, adaptable to different working conditions. The fuel tank holds 375 litres. The hydraulics include split lift arms and a pump with a capacity of 160 l/min for continuous lift with fully hydraulic control. The electronically controlled hydraulic system has four hydraulic outlets with individually adjustable flow, while the electronically managed lift system offers position control, draft control and combined control, adapted to different soil types. An intelligent 4WD drive management mode further eases operation. The cab includes a 10.1-inch color touchscreen LCD displaying real-time vehicle status with a fault warning system, an auxiliary seat, and a multifunctional armrest with an integrated control console and ergonomic control layout. The Category IV 3-point hitch system has a swinging and rotating tow hook. Minimum working weight is 4,900 kg, dimensions are 4,600 × 2,095 × 2,950 mm, wheelbase is 2,350 mm, minimum clearance is 500 mm, and track width is 1,980/1,950 mm. Tires are sized 540/65R28-650/65R38, with front weights of 760 kg (19×40 kg) and rear weights of 480 kg (2 layers). Dual-line air brakes are fitted standard.
