The Landini Series 4 is a versatile tractor designed to meet the needs of farmers looking for an affordable, multi-purpose solution, available in cab and ROPS versions. The 4-060 model is ideally suited to wide-row vineyards and orchards, as well as plowing, while its outstanding handling makes it perfect for sowing and haymaking. Excellent all-round visibility enables safe, efficient work with a front loader, and its compact dimensions make it ideal for work inside barns, safe operation on sloped terrain, and road transport. It is powered by a KOHLER STAGE V KDI2504TCR engine with a displacement of 2,482 cm3 and 4 cylinders, producing 61.2 HP (45 kW) and a maximum torque of 285 Nm (279 Nm) at 1,400 rpm, with a dry air filter, turbocharging with intercooler, an 85-litre fuel tank and Stage V Tier 4 Final emissions compliance. The transmission offers 12+12 speeds with RPS, or 24+24 speeds with a synchronized reverser, while the PTO shaft runs at 540/540E with ground-speed-dependent PTO. The front brakes automatically engage 4WD when braking, and the rear brakes are oil-immersed discs; an optional dual-line hydraulic trailer braking system (MR standard) or a single-line system is available. The rear differential lock is mechanical, and a 52+30 l/min hydraulic pump serves mechanical rear spool valves (2-3) and mid-mounted spool valves (2). The hitch is Category II, optionally with fixed balls, quick hooks or telescopic lower links, and maximum lift capacity is 3,000 kg. The Total View Slim cab, mounted on silent blocks, has a noise level of just 82 dB(A), filtration category 2, heating and air conditioning, an opening rear window, and optionally a comfort air seat, passenger seat and DAB+ radio with Bluetooth and MP3 player. The tractor weighs 3,200 kg, has a wheelbase of 2,115 mm, a maximum height of 2,433 mm, a length with front weights of 4,073 mm and a turning radius of 8,850 mm.
